Return & Refund Policy

At Eva North Closet, we always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return can only be requested after the item has been delivered and received.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Trying on items is allowed, but items must not be worn.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@evanorthcloset.com within 14 days after receiving your order.
  2. After your return request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.
  3. The item must be returned at your own expense, including any shipping or customs costs.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved for return, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, this is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
